And of course they're closed for some reason tomorrow.
I went to several DMVs between Corpus Christi and college station and by far this was the best. We had complications getting in for an appointment any time within a month anywhere else but this one had an opening a couple weeks later. I did not pass my first try, but the lady offered to get me in that very next Monday. She was very friendly and courteous, but also fair. She was willing to stay after closing just so I could get an appointment sooner. I wish more DMVs were like this one, it truly makes a huge difference.
Tried to call to find out if we had to drive all the way there before making appt. lady calls at end of day, leaves message but fails to answer question. Website says driver test appt must be made in person from 1-5pm. So we show up at 2pm and lady is still at lunch. She walks in at 2:15 and says we have to come back from 8-12 to make appt. How inconvenient and unprofessional can you possibly be. Very frustrating that they think everyone should just drive 30 min and wait an hr to be told to come back to just make appt.
Went in at 2pm to get a driver licences renewal and at 215 the lady shows up and rudely told whom ever is here for a renewal that she's not doing them. They are done in the mornings...Even though it doesn't state that anywhere on the building or on the website...Just your typical DMV SERVICE...
