Stevens' Dental rocks! Dr. Stevens and his staff treat you like family and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and well-informed. Like many people, I avoided going to the dentist at all costs until one of his dental hygienist convinced me to go in for a consultation. Dr. Stevens took the time to explain my current problems and problems I could anticipate in the future if left untreated. Once he laid out a treatment plan, we were able to solve the majority of my issues within a relatively short period of time. I only encountered setbacks when I did not follow his instructions at home. His assistants and office staff were always welcoming and provided a relaxed and fun atmosphere. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had promptly and intelligently. I wholeheartedly recommend Stevens' Dental to anyone in need of dental care for themselves or their families. They will earn your trust and respect!
I'll be honest, I was hesitant to go see Dr. Stevens after reading a couple of the reviews on Google. But from personal experience when I see people using all caps in a review and talking about personal events that don't relate to the business that usually they are trying to take some personal anger out on someone else.
Reading other reviews I'm guessing that they are trying to twist a "change in the needed treatment" as price gouging.

HORRIBLE!!!! Everytime I speak with them or go in there, the price goes up from the original quote. I had a root canal and turned out to be two crowns, surprise!! started out a root canal and a crown. I paid $1008.00 out of pocket and they maxed out my insurance at $1500.00. They said you will owe about $362 when you return for your two crowns. Now, to get my two crowns, its almost $700.00!!! So, that is $3200 for two crowns and a root canal!!! and my insurance is average dental. Somewhere else it would have cost much less!!! They do not return calls. They do not give medicine for pain, which I have never never hurt like I have since going to them for this treatment. I left a couple of messages asking what else to take for pain since it was excruciating pain! I do not take pain medicine, but I was hurting so bad, I needed something. Never got a call back. I finally seen my PCP for something to help the pain. I have no choice but to return for the two crowns since my mouth is not finished, I will have to come up with $700 more to get this competed obviously. I am calling my insurance and turning them in for price gouging! I have had several people tell me that they have done this to them as well. The price always changes and it always goes up!! They rarely answer the phone and they do not return calls. I would not refer my worst enemy to this place! When asked why the price always goes up, the answer is "your insurance didnt pay as much as we thought". Did some price checking, they are charging more than what they should. I will find out from my insurance how much they paid on what. I believe cash pay would have been cheaper somewhere!!! I have had a root canal and crown before, it never cost this much.

If you need a crown for a tooth or a root canal please go somewhere else. Worse dental experience ever. Dr. Stevens is very rough. They will also try to price gouge. They told me I had no more dental insurance and come to find out I had 200.00 left!

And I would not give them one star, but it would not let me post it without at least one star. ZERO!
However I did see Dr. Stevens and I couldn't have been more pleased. I had some extensive treatment that needed to be completed, due to a procrastination on my part. After all, I am the one that allowed my mouth to get into the condition that it is in and I have to take responsibility for that. He took the time to explain everything to me and even discussed with me that a couple of the teeth had very large cavities and that they may need root canals, but they since they were "borderline" (in his words) that he was treatment planning them for crowns only but made sure I was aware that if the "nerve" was involved that the teeth would need root canals as well and that would change the prices.
